Funnily enough, the joke at 4:44 about telling to the EU for tickets isn't TOO far from accurate! In France, we have a point system for our driving license. Driving infractions can mean we lose points. Lose them all and you lose your driving license (for a bit). The thing is, that's illegal according to EU law! So in France you CAN basically go to the EU to get a French driving license that won't have any points! Apparently it's very annoying paperwork to do, but it's worth it especially for taxi/uber drivers, who are the ones that told me about this
